We are committed to helping students near the end of their degrees, and recent graduates, make the transition from university to the working world. As part of our recruitment process, we run an intern programme each year in which we provide a short-term contract to selected applicants to gain experience at Krutham. Although there may be no guarantee of a longer-term position beyond the internship, our talent pipeline generates from this pool.

Internship:
We look to place interns for a fixed term period of six-month.
This internship is for recent graduate who is taking their first steps into corporate environment.
A modest monthly stipend is paid.
As an Impact Investing Research and Sustainability Intern, you will support our research, analysis, and client-facing initiatives focused on making the financial system work better for society. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of impact investing, sustainability, and capital strategy while contributing to meaningful projects that drive positive change.
Individuals qualified in MCOM - Investment will be preferrable.
